Hotel Reservations
Participants should make their own hotel reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Comfort Inn near Fermilab for the nights of Dec. 13-15th. Hotels that offer Fermilab rates are listed under the Hotels tab to the left on this page.
Invitation for Visa
If you require an invitation letter for a visa application, please send an e-mail to specifying all details you need on the invitation letter, such as entry and exit date.
